Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Vibemora runs this online store and everything connected to it, including our website, products, content and customer support (together, the “Services”). Our store is built on the Shopify platform, which provides the technology that lets us sell to you. This policy explains what personal information we gather when you browse our site, buy from us or get in touch, how we use it, and who we share it with.

We encourage you to read this policy in full. By using the Services, you confirm that you understand how your information is handled as set out below. Vibemora is operated by LAMSON DBF LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. We handle personal information in line with applicable US federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Colorado Privacy Act where they apply.

The Information We Collect

The information we hold about you depends on how you use the Services. When you place an order, we typically receive your name, your billing and delivery addresses, your email address and your phone number. Payment is handled through secure checkout, and we receive confirmation that it went through along with a record of the transaction. If you create an account, we store your login details and any preferences you set. We also keep a record of your shopping activity, such as products you looked at, added to your cart, bought, returned or cancelled. When you message our support team, we keep the content of that conversation. Finally, we receive technical details about the device you use, such as your browser, IP address and device identifiers, along with information about how you move through our site.

Where This Information Comes From

Most of what we hold comes straight from you, when you sign up, shop or contact us. Some is gathered automatically as you use our site, through cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive information from the service providers who help us run the store and from other trusted partners.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to process, pack and deliver your orders. We also use it to run your account, keep you updated about your purchases and answer your questions. With your permission, we may send you news, offers and promotions, and you can unsubscribe from these whenever you like. We also rely on this information to protect our store and customers against fraud and security threats, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who We Share It With

To run the Services, we share information with Shopify and with businesses that work on our behalf, such as payment processors, delivery companies, analytics providers and IT support. We may share information with advertising and marketing partners, who handle it under their own privacy policies. We will also share your information when you have asked us to, or when a law, court order or government authority requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Our Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, so the information you provide is passed to and processed by Shopify and its service providers, some of whom may be based outside the United States. You can learn how Shopify treats your data in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users. Certain privacy requests can also be made through the Shopify Privacy Portal at privacy.shopify.com/en.

Cookies

Cookies and similar tools help our site work smoothly, remember your settings and show you relevant marketing. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you do, some parts of the site may not work as intended.

Children

The Services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under the age of majority where they live. If you think a child has shared their details with us, please let us know and we will delete that information.

Keeping and Protecting Your Information

We hold personal information only for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet our legal obligations or settle any disputes. To protect your information we use the following measures: our entire website and checkout are encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS); payments are processed by PCI DSS Level 1 certified providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal), so Vibemora never sees or stores your full card number; access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders and provide support; and we only work with service providers who are required to keep your information secure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details such as card numbers to us by email.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to ask us to delete your information, send you a copy of it in a portable format, or stop using it for targeted advertising. To make any of these requests, email support@vibemora.com. Before acting on a request, we may need to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you remain unsatisfied, you may also contact the consumer protection office of your state Attorney General.

Sending Information Overseas

Because our service providers operate in several countries, your personal information may be stored or processed outside the United States. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it continues to be protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a fresh “last updated” date and let you know where the law requires it. If you keep using the Services after an update is published, you accept the revised policy.
