Track Your Order
Every Vibemora order ships with free tracked delivery within the United States. Here is how to follow your parcel.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with the carrier name, your tracking number and a tracking link. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
2. View your order status online
Open the "View your order" link in your order confirmation email, or sign in to your account with the email address you used at checkout, to see your order status and tracking details at any time.
3. Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days in total (1–2 business days processing plus 6–12 business days in transit). Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show the first update after dispatch.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, or your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, email support@vibemora.com with your order number or call +1 (970) 505-1500.
